does anyone knows what site i can use to design my own Race Car jacket?
Basically a nascar race jacket like everyone else is wearing
I suggest you contact NASCAR, directly.
I have never seen any design of this field, whatsoever.
But I can search for something, here in Houston, where I live and, if it happens, I come across with something that can help you, I’ll keep you posted.
You may, as well, look for “on line”.

P.S.: 1) It just occurred to me, that you may try on Google:

……….2) Racing Car Magazines In these magazines, they should have “patterns” for jacket designs.
They may even have designers, which you can find at budget prices.
Finding designers: All you do is call on the phone and discuss prices, etc.. They have to be officilly qualified,and recognised by NASCAR, to make it.
If you design it, yourself, all you need is the requirements for “race-car drivers attire”, which you have to follow all the rules and regulations, right?
Whatever you do, you shall exercise caution.
Getting the wrong thing, it will bring you lots of frustration and money loss.
