what kind of programs are there in colleges like these?

I want to make my self look appealing in college so that i can be selected for Navy OCS, the college im going to has only Army ROTC and im almost certain that you must join after taking ROTC so, what other clubs, activities could i do? my college is UT Martin, it is a 4 year satellite college form UTenn. similar to UT Chattanooga or IUPUI kind of.

Contact the navy recruiter. It may be that Navy OCS is still available to all physically fit college graduates. If not, the recruiter can give you first hand information on what you need.
