what is a good bonding agent to use to bond diecast model to plastic?

i want to fuse a plastic wing to a diecast metal 1:18 camaro.

I use Walther’s Goo for attaching metal to plastic and metal to wood.
It also works to attach glass to plastic or wood.

It is a contact cement, if you coat both parts and allow to dry for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
It can also be used wet – attach the pieces together and let set for 30 minutes, and no strain until overnight.

Difficulties:
It can be very messy. I put some onto a glue pat and use a toothpick to apply the glue to small parts. It can become very stringy if you pull it apart, and is messy to clean up. Take care at the start will avoid problems.
Available at most hobby shops or thorough Walther’s. You can find their website quickly on any search engine. Walther’s is located in Milwaukee, WI.
