Should 4 time batting Champion and .305 lifetime hitter Bill Madlock be considered for the Hall of Fame?
Nobody enjoyed watching Mad Dog play more than I did (especially when he put his glove in umpire Jerry Crawford’s face) and despite his excellent batting avg. clutch hitting, he didn’t post longevity numbers that the moron writers (how else is Jim Rice, Bert Blyleven etc. not in the Hall of Fame–other than to say the selection process by the writers is absurd) look for.
If I had a vote he would be in along with Luis Tiant, and Thurman Munson.
